Required equipment: Proper workout clothing, bottle of water for hydrating, proper shoes and socks, towel, and open space just to name a few. If you don't have dumbbells or weights at home and you may use any objects to create resistance. For example, gallon of water,bottle water, basketball, medicine ball, a broom, etc I think you get the idea :)
Work to your level, take breaks when needed and have fun!
